What's the difference between Pro-lite and Pro?

Our Pro Lite version is intended for casual users who don't need detailed data, or filter capabilities.

Our Pro version is intended for the professional user that requires more data, analysis and marketing tools. The Pro version includes more data on the detailed report (Building Type, # of Bathrooms, and size/s.f.). Pro also provides the ability to filter by Age of Listing, Building Type, and Radius. The Pro reports can be branded with your company logo and contact information.  Other PRO features include:

• Pro subscribers can search by Address, Neighborhood, and Zip Code.
  
  

• Pro subscribers can access an individual bedroom report or a summary 1-4 BR report from the same Pro homepage and for all report types.
  
  

• Pro subscribers have access to the new, smart “Auto” radius will now calculate the optimal radius, giving you the most accurate amount of rent comps for the parameters that you request. 
  
  
  
• Pro subscribers can download all report data to CSV (not available for 1-4 bedroom summary report). 
  
  
  
• Pro subscribers can share their reports via email with clients, coworkers, friends and family.
