Does your data include building type (apt. vs. house)?

We recently updated the appearance of the Building Type dropdown on our search page. This change is purely visual—functionality remains the same. Apartment searches will still include Condos and Townhomes, and House searches will continue to include Duplexes.
 
The types of buildings are merged intentionally. We do this to provide enough data for an analysis - i.e. there aren't many townhouses in some areas so filtering just on Townhouse probably won't yield results. However, we are reviewing this method, and may make some changes to our filtering options at some point.
